When shipping items all items should be packed carefully to avoid damage during shipment. Items should not be able to move around freely in the package. The use of bubble wrap and/or newspaper should be used to cushion the items to prevent breakage.
You will be notified, via email, for any items that do arrive damaged or broken. Founders Authentication is not responsible for items that are damaged during transit.
Please only send the items listed on the submission form.
Once your items are packed securely select a carrier for delivery and take the package to your local shipping office. If it's more convenient to schedule a pickup, USPS is able to accommodate residential pickups; please contact your local USPS office to schedule. You may be asked by the carrier to declare the value of the package; this is for insurance purposely only.

Also, when the authentication process is complete Founders Authentication covers the cost of returning your items to you. We use FedEx as our carrier for all deliveries. You will receive tracking information on your package, via email, as soon as the FedEx shipment has been generated so you can track the package right to your door.
